This professional 3-1 knife sharpener features a built-in angle adjustment from 14 to 24 degrees, suitable for maintaining the cutting edges of both Western- and Asian-style knives. It also includes a ceramic sharpening blade slot for 2-piece kitchen shears.
Each knife style is accommodated with two stages of sharpening: a coarse ultra-hard Tungsten carbide side for dull blades and a finely grained ceramic side for honing and finishing edges.
A unique handle-shaped grip and nonslip rubberized base ensure safety and stability during use.
